Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation immediately. This means we’ve received your order and placed a temporary hold on your credit card.

Next, we’ll verify that the item is in stock and ready to ship.

  • If it's unavailable or on backorder, we’ll cancel the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternatives.

  • If it’s ready to go (typically within 5 business days), we’ll finalize the charge and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders that are in stock and paid for will ship within 3 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

International Shipping

Our products are designed for the U.S. market and require a 110V electrical system. They are certified to meet U.S. safety standards and may not be compatible with electrical systems in other countries.

We do ship internationally and will provide a shipping cost estimate upon request.
If you accept the quote, we’ll process your order securely through our online payment system.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged, note it when signing or decline the delivery.

If you do accept it, take clear photos of any visible damage to the packaging or the product itself.

Email the images to support@doughtool.com, then visit our Returns page to submit a claim.
