We fully support all the products we sell, but we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
If you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, please email us at sales@doughtool.com with your order number. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions to complete your return.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or use won’t be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please make a note of it at delivery and send photos to support@doughtool.com the same day.
We will cover return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Be sure to keep all original packaging for any returns. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before processing.
We’ll work quickly to replace damaged or incorrect items. Please note that items damaged after use are not refundable unless covered under warranty.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact our customer service team by phone or email as soon as possible.

Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipping fall under the standard return policy and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
